Privacy, terms, shipping, returns and refunds — how we run things, what happens if something isn't right, and what we do with your details. Written in plain words, the way the rest of the site is.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the shop and answer you — nothing more. We don't sell your data, full stop.

What we collect

  • Order & contact details — your name, email, phone (optional) and shipping address, so we can confirm and deliver your order and send its Certificate of Analysis.
  • Messages you send us — anything in the contact form or by email, kept so we can help you.
  • Basket data — your basket is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers, until you place an order.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal details. We don't take card or payment details on this site — a static storefront can't store them safely, so we simply don't ask for them. When our secure payment gateway is live, card processing will be handled by the gateway, not stored by us.

Terms of use

By using this site you agree to a few plain things:

  • Honest information. We describe each oil by what the evidence actually says — moderate, early, or traditional — and ship a Certificate of Analysis with every box. Nothing here is medical advice; check with a professional before using oils for a health condition, and patch-test first.
  • Prices & availability. Prices and stock can change, and indicative bulk pricing is confirmed before an order is finalised. If we spot an obvious error, we'll let you know before charging anything.
  • Your account & basket. Keep your details accurate so we can reach you about an order.
  • Our content. The text, photos and brand on this site are ours — please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Shipping

We ship across India today, with more markets rolling out. Every box carries the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) — the GC/MS proof of exactly what's inside the bottle.

Returns

We want you to trust what's in the bottle. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

The window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

What can come back

  • Unopened, sealed bottles — full refund or replacement.
  • Damaged, leaked, or wrong item — covered in full, no questions; see below.

What we can't take back

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used oils can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Pure botanical oils are sensitive products — this keeps every sealed bottle on our shelf trustworthy.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a returned item, your refund is approved and issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • Original shipping is refunded when the return is our fault (damaged, wrong, or defective item).

Prefer a replacement instead of money back? Just say so when you contact us and we'll send a fresh bottle.

Damaged or wrong item

If a bottle arrives broken, leaked, or it's simply not what you ordered, that's on us.

  • Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo if you can.
  • We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — including shipping.
  • You won't need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.
